Job Responsibilities Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets in assigned areas to contribute to the overarching goals of the company. Ensure the availability and visibility of cold chain products at all times. Engage new cold chain outlets for enhancing our market presence. Oversee the work of cold chain van pullers for operational efficiency. Maintain close monitoring of product movement and manage any damage or market returns effectively. Prioritize the safety and well-being of team members by implementing safeguarding policies and procedures. Endorse the company's safeguarding standards and engage the team in its practices. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, particularly in FMCG and Dairy sectors. Education: Graduates in Marketing, Accounting, Management or any related discipline with a minimum 2nd class/division. Skills: Strong communication, people management, inventory management, direct sales operational knowledge, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment is essential.
