Job Responsibilities
- Execute SAP transactions including PR, PO, GRN, stock movement, and allocation for promotional materials in coordination with the warehouse and procurement teams.
- Ensure proper warehouse and inventory management by maintaining accurate stock levels, movement records, and reconciliation in SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, marketing, logistics, warehouse, IT to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
- Generate and submit regular reports to higher management, maintaining accuracy in all SAP-related documentation.
