As the Section Head (JCE)- HSE, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategies in compliance with international standards. Your responsibilities will include:Collaboration with higher management to foster a robust safety culture across the organization.Development of a comprehensive Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) to safeguard employees, contractors, and visitors.Implementation of HSE management systems following ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Oversight of Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) and ensuring compliance with the Department of Environment.Conducting regular audits, identifying hazards, and coordinating safety training programs.Supporting top management with HSE policy and documentation review.Key Qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in a relevant field.M.Sc. in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or Engineering disciplines is preferred.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor.Experience Required:10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HSE roles, ideally within the Oil & Gas or related industries.Strong track record in HSE management systems implementation, audits, and safety compliance.Additional Requirements:Age: At least 35 years, male candidates preferred.We invite passionate applicants who are committed to creating a safe working environment and who have a deep understanding of the intricacies of HSE compliance.
