Job Description
About the Position: Akij Insaf Group is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to maintain a secure environment for our facilities. In this role, you will manage security personnel, ensure the safety of the institution, and respond to security incidents with efficiency. Manage the operations of security personnel to ensure complete coverage of the premises. Monitor and control access to facilities, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter. Ensure safety measures are followed to protect the organization’s assets. Respond proactively to incidents, reporting any irregular matters to management. Perform regular inspections of premises and patrolling designated areas. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Requirements: Education: SSC or equivalent. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a security role, with a background in the Textile business being an added advantage. Age: Maximum 52 years. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Must be a retired Corporal or equivalent rank from the Bangladesh Army, Air Force, Navy, or BGB. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Strong observation and critical thinking skills. Benefits: Provident fund. Gratuity. Yearly salary review.
