Job Responsibilities
- Reports to the Head of admin and receives verbal and written direction and instructions.
- Establish high-quality security system for company, arranging, monitoring, and protecting company assets safety, personnel safety and information safety properly.
- Ensuring responsible person completes renewal of equipment`s with expiry dates and in working condition from a compliance perspective.
- Periodical inspection of all equipment related to fire and safety and report.
- All the tools, small machineries, equipment, that has taken out of factory with authorized gate pass must be tracked down till it return in factory. Sending weekly & monthly report to concern persons.
- Through establishing a high-quality security system, the value of protecting company assets, personnel safety, and information safety and guarantee company`s business running smoothly.
- Maintain key control and personnel control to restricted area.
- Ensure that percentage of fire-fighting team is as prescribed by law.
- Any other task assign by the management.

Job Description

This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the safety and security of our factory environment while protecting company assets. Preference will be given to candidates with a defensive background, particularly from the Bangladesh Army. Join us to become a crucial part of our security framework! Report to the Head of Administration and follow provided directions. Establish and maintain a high-quality security system for the company, overseeing the safety of assets, personnel, and information. Ensure compliance through regular inspections and renewals of security equipment. Conduct periodical inspections of fire and safety equipment, submitting reports as necessary. Track all tools and equipment leaving the factory, maintaining the integrity of the entry and exit process. Maintain control over access to restricted areas and ensure compliance with legal fire safety requirements. Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance operational effectiveness. Required Skills: Fire Safety Training Monitoring and Supervision Safety and Security Management Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security roles. Previous experience in manufacturing environments, particularly FMCG or food sectors preferred. Must be male applicants aged between 32 to 45 years.
