Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise the upkeep of all types of assets and materials within the factory.
- In case of any issues, promptly inform the superior authorities.
- Verify and appropriately document incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prepare duty rosters for security personnel and ensure proper discipline.
- Ensure entry and exit procedures for employees, goods, and vehicles at the gate.
- Monitor the arrival and departure of visitors and manage permissions.
- Ensure round-the-clock security within and outside the factory premises.
- Report any damage, theft, or unauthorized access and unexpected incidents.
- Perform routine patrols as per schedule.
- Maintain appropriate locking systems and the overall security of the factory grounds.
- Brief regularly the security personnel on their duties.
- Maintain logistics concerning each post.
- Conduct regular visits to posts and provide instructions as necessary.
- Maintain various types of rosters and reports related to operations.
- Manage posts as per the client's requirements.
- Execute any other responsibilities assigned by management.
