Job Description
Pranto Specialized Hospital is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Security Incharge. This is a full-time position located in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain safety and security at our facilities. Your skills in vigilance will be a key factor in ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients. We encourage individuals with previous security experience to apply, and our preference will favor experienced candidates, especially those who are retired military personnel. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and authorize entrance of personnel in the hospital premises. Keep away unauthorized personnel and vehicles. Investigate any unusual behavior and report it to the management. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain security records and manage any incidents as they arise. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar position. Knowledge of legal regulations and guidelines for public safety. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education Requirements: Minimum of SSC (Secondary School Certificate). Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience in Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, or Chamber is advantageous. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: Male candidates preferred.
