Job Responsibilities
- Design & develop by own research and following the buyer's trends.
- Make co-creation & collection design.
- Producing concepts by analyzing trends and target consumers.
- Making graphics/sketches by hand or on the computer.
- Ensure work on the sweater trend Report/client Mood/market Intel as Buyer's development program/upcoming seasonal development.
- Follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, yarn, knit down, and mockup)
- Attend trade shows and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the display room for the buyer's visit.
- Provide proper documentation and reporting of work.
- Perform all other special tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Description
We are looking for dynamic talent as Senior Designer - Fashion Design & Product Development in the Design & Development Department at Woven Shirt / Sweater Factory.In this role, you will be situated in Salna, Gazipur, where your innovative design skills will contribute to the success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the industry.Design & develop by conducting thorough research and following the latest buyer trends.Create co-creation & collection designs that resonate with target consumers.Analyze market trends to produce concepts.Develop graphics and sketches, both manually and digitally.Ensure alignment with sweater trend reports, client moods, and market intelligence as part of the Buyer's development program.Conduct quality assurance checks through various processes (pattern, strike-off, yarn, knit down, and mockup).Attend trade shows and industry events to garner inspiration and remain updated on industry advancements.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing, to guarantee seamless design execution.Maintain and update the display room in preparation for the buyer's visits.Ensure all work is documented and reported properly.Complete any other special tasks as assigned by management.Required Skills:Expertise in Fashion Design and Product Development.Strong communication skills in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.High adaptability and resilience under pressure.Proficiency with IT equipment and design software.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the fashion or garment industry, preferably in a sweater manufacturing environment.Education:B.Sc. in Fashion Design from a recognized institution.What We Offer:Attractive compensation and benefit packages.Annual salary reviews.Two festival bonuses per year.Mobile bill coverage.Group insurance coverage.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in applying for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application before the deadline.
