Akij Agro & Livestock Ltd., a reputed concern of Akij Venture Group, is on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Executive – Institutional Sales & Modern Trade. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within our Institutional Sales and Modern Trade sectors. Your ability to engage with key institutional clients like schools, colleges, hotels, and corporates will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships and generating sustainable revenue streams. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets. Identify and reach out to potential institutional clients for business development. Craft customized sales pitches and product offerings that address client needs. Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, encouraging continuous learning and skill advancement. Ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and proper documentation of sales processes. Prepare and submit sales reports along with market insights to the management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management. An MBA in Marketing will be highly preferred. At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field, particularly in livestock and packaged food sectors. Desired Skills: Proficiency in Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, and Modern Trade Sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to thrive under pressure and meet business objectives. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work in Dhaka with a full-time office presence.
