Job Responsibilities
- Ensure machinery used in the factory's production processes are efficient and well-maintained, including electrical installations and other services such as electricity, gas, water, and HVAC systems.
- Prepare monthly production plans and schedules based on budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the procurement and supply of necessary raw materials and packaging items.
- Conduct regular training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for all staff in the production department.
- Monitor the temperature and humidity conditions in various production rooms during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities during production processes.
- Ensure timely transfer of finished products to the warehouse department.
- Regularly ensure cleanliness and order in the production area.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of production department employees.
- Conduct reconciliation after each production batch.
