Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements for retail sales associate roles.
- Assist in the entire recruitment process: from drafting job postings to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures to align with legal standards.
- Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support in maintaining job descriptions and overseeing benefits administration.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts.

BYSL Global Technology Group is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled individual to fill the role of Senior Executive, Human Resources. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department by executing essential HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. You'll be collaborating with various department heads and will have the opportunity to shape a strong, motivated workforce aligned with the values and objectives of BYSL Global Technology Group. This role is ideal for someone who possesses: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. PGD in HRM is a plus. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018). Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRIS systems, and project management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience within HR, particularly in IT Enabled Services or similar environments.
