Job Overview: Are you a seasoned professional in the sweater manufacturing sector looking for your next challenge? If so, BANGA FASHION LIMITED invites you to bring your expertise to our team as a Senior Merchandiser for Sweater products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international buyers and oversee critical merchandising functions, ensuring our sweaters are perfectly tailored to market demands. Responsibilities: Manage the entire merchandising process for sweaters, from buyer inquiries through to shipment. Coordinate with various teams to guarantee timely execution and delivery of orders. Act as a liaison between production and supply chain to ensure a smooth production flow. Handle fabric and trim sourcing with a strong focus on quality and cost-effectiveness. Provide detailed order updates to customers and maintain regular communication. Conduct cost and pricing analysis to ensure competitive pricing strategies. Develop and implement marketing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis. Prepare reports and MIS for management, highlighting developments and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. 7 to 10 years' experience in the garments or sweater industry. Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively. Fluency in English is a must. Age requirement: 35 to 40 years; Male candidates preferred. Additional Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication capabilities to liaise with international buyers. Ability to monitor and guide production processes closely. Location: This full-time position is based in Gazipur. All work will take place at our office. Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from Tk. 55,000 to 60,000 monthly, with additional benefits including: Mobile bill and transportation allowance. Partially subsidized lunch facilities. Yearly salary review with two festival bonuses. One weekly holiday.
