Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the technical team responsible for all embroidery machine operations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the production team to achieve efficiency and production targets.
- Diagnose and address complex mechanical, electronic, and software faults across embroidery systems.
- Ensure calibration and alignment of machines to maintain precision embroidery and reduce material wastage.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including service logs, maintenance reports, and performance analytics.
- Monitor machine performance and take preventive maintenance measures.
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance and service reports to the Section Head.
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and administrative support for maintenance activities.
