Job Responsibilities
- Support the Program and Grants Manager in budget management, accurate cost charging and accurate cost estimations based on project needs.
- Coordinate with respective sectors and raise the PR in the system and up-date the PR tracker on the regular basis.
- Monitor all financial transactions, closely work with Grants Manager and take corrective action in a timely manner.
- Develop tracking tools and compile agreed reporting templates to support the Program Coordinator and Project Manager in timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different units such as procurement, PMPC, Finance, Admin, and the logistics department, to ensure the required support, including maintaining necessary data and information for the successful implementation of the project.
- Assist in planning and arranging conferences, workshops and meetings to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Support to Programme and Grants Manager related to the procurement plan aligns with DIP and the project’s cash flow forecasts.
- Track administrative and procurement-related costs, and collaborate closely to ensure alignment with approved plans and procurement processes.
- Assist to Grants Manager to maintain documentation of all budgets, donor and internal communications, and budget modifications. Ensure that Project Managers and project staff are informed and that appropriate actions are taken.
- Support to Program and Grants Manager regarding FD-7 and the Annual Report in compliance with NGOAB requirements, and support government liaison efforts.
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

This role is essential in ensuring effective management of finances, administration, and logistics, contributing directly to smooth project implementation. Fluency in Bangla and English is essential.Knowledge: Understanding of global development trends and donor funding patterns.This role is contractual and requires office presence in Cox's Bazar.
