Education Requirements
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/ MBA in any discipline from any recognized institution. (Bachelor of Business/ Science/ Engineering will be preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Procure goods and services in compliance with BPGIP guidelines and procurement policies, ensuring timely delivery to BRAC programmes, enterprises, and subsidiaries.
- Validate technical specifications, issue RFQs/IFTs, coordinate evaluations, facilitate sample/technical assessments, and manage tender processes including Post Tender Negotiations (PTNs) and preparation of Comparative Statements (CS).
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs), monitor deliveries, and verify vendor bills for accurate payment processing through ERP.
- Maintain coordination with programme teams, accounts, and external stakeholders; organize forums and meetings to enhance collaboration.
- Drive sourcing initiatives to improve the supply market and manage urgent purchases.
- Ensure compliance for domestic and donor audits by maintaining records of procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the procurement of various capital equipment and goods tailored to meet the diverse needs of our programs. This includes everything from printing items to medical equipment, ensuring that BRAC continues to operate at its best in addressing issues of inequality and poverty.Responsibilities include:Procurement of goods and services while adhering to BPGIP guidelines.Coordinate and manage tender processes and evaluations.Facilitate meetings with teams and vendors for efficient procurement processes.Issue Purchase Orders and monitor delivery for accurate processing.Ensure compliance with domestic and donor audits.Support the transformation of procurement practices within BRAC.Safeguarding Responsibilities:Ensure the safety of Programme Participants and uphold safeguarding standards.Encourage adherence to safeguarding protocols among team members.Who we're looking for:The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a recognized institution and at least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
