Job Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimation regarding all types of Civil works.

- Prepare contractor/sub-contractor bills based on physical work done.

Nagar Holdings Limited is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Senior Project Engineer to oversee critical construction projects in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is crucial in ensuring that our architectural visions turn into reality, and we seek a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: Supervision and monitoring of construction work at project sites to ensure that progress aligns with design specifications.Preparing cost estimations for all types of civil works to maintain budget integrity.Collaborating with the Department of Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintaining superior quality of workmanship at the job site; this includes overseeing inventory management of materials.Preparing contractor and sub-contractor billing based on the completion of physical work.Ensuring the quality and quantity of all structural and finishing materials.Compiling progress reports and developing comprehensive work programs for ongoing projects.Carrying out any other tasks as assigned by management to ensure project success. The ideal candidate for this role must have: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate or developer sectors.A Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree (BEngg).Strong project management and site supervision skills.The ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.A maximum age of 40 years and must be male, as per company policy.
