Position Overview Are you passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? BISMILLAH AUTOMOBILES is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive who has a proven track record in sales and marketing, particularly in the lubricating oil sector. This full-time position offers a chance to showcase your skills and make a real impact within our organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing activities to generate new customers. Monitor and supervise subordinates to meet sales targets. Identify and approach new customers, corporate offices, and individual clients. Promote and sell packages to corporate and direct clients. Accompany new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Communicate regularly and follow up with corporate clients to ensure successful sales conversions. Aim to achieve individual monthly sales targets set by management. Manage client interactions and maintain visit records, collecting necessary information from prospective customers. Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Build and sustain long-term client relationships by offering tailored products. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure excellent product delivery and customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree are preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or direct marketing, specifically in the lubricating oil or related sector. Must be between 25 to 35 years of age. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team. Experience in direct selling and marketing is a must. Ability to identify prospects through various channels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Benefits T/A and Mobile bill. Food Allowance. Commission as per company policy.
