Job Responsibilities
- Explore fundraising opportunities, monitor donor websites and inform potential donor opportunities for BHP.
- Support the proposal development process, including concept notes, and financial proposals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments during proposal writing and budget preparation.
- Maintain a database for programmatic knowledge and reporting.
- Assist in negotiating contract/MoU terms with donors for the programme.
- Conduct due diligence and maintain a project pipeline.
- Undertake regular field visits to gather insights for proposals and budgets.
- Maintain relationships with donors, providing updates on organizational work.

We encourage you to be part of this transformative journey!Job PurposeThis position is critical for the development of high-quality proposals and concept notes. You will engage with donors and partners to ensure grant compliance while integrating lessons from ongoing projects for improved future designs.Key ResponsibilitiesExplore and monitor fundraising opportunities, regularly reviewing donor websites and identifying relevant opportunities within the BRAC Health Programme.Support comprehensive proposal development including concept notes, technical and financial proposals, theories of change, frameworks, workplans, and budgets. Manage a donor project database for BHP.Coordinate closely with departments such as finance, HRD, and others during proposal writing and budget preparation for timely submissions.Develop and maintain a knowledge database of programmatic resources, reports, and key documentation.Assist in negotiating contracts/MoUs with donors align with the programme's goals.Conduct due diligence procedures and maintain an updated pipeline with relevant information.Regular field visits to collect insights that will contribute to proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.Maintain strong relationships with current donors and communicate regularly about the organization’s work.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIESCommit to ensuring the safety of Programme Participants and team members against harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation, supporting the organization’s safeguarding goals.Actively promote and endorse safeguarding policies among team members, ensuring these standards are implemented in every action.Follow the protocol for reporting safeguarding incidents and encourage others to adhere to it.This is a contractual position located in Dhaka.Who Are We Looking For?The ideal candidate will have:A Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in sectors such as NGOs, healthcare, or with health-related products.Strong technical writing skills in health and report writing, with proficiency in both English and Bengali.Extensive knowledge of statistical data analysis and understanding of the business development process.Excellent time management, planning, negotiation, and prioritization skills.Benefits:Festival BonusHealth and Life InsuranceMaternity/Paternity LeaveWellness Centre FacilityDay Care FacilityOther benefits as per policyIf you are passionate about making a difference and have the requisite skills, we encourage you to apply.
