Education Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Information System, and professional certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers (H1-H6), and image alt attributes.
- Improve internal linking and content structure for better SEO performance.
- Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies (guest posts, outreach, etc.).
- Identify and remove toxic backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles and create link-building strategies.
- Perform SEO audits to fix issues like broken links, 404 errors, redirect chains.
- Optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Ensure proper indexing of pages using robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
- Optimize structured data using Schema Markup (JSON-LD, Microdata, RDFa).
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for local SEO.
- Improve product descriptions and category pages for eCommerce SEO.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics 4 & Google Search Console.
- Generate SEO reports to measure ROI and key SEO KPIs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Experience in content marketing & blogging.
- Google certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of PPC & paid advertising is a plus.
