Job Responsibilities
- Implement production plan and achieve section wise production as per target
- Organize records and reporting of section wise performance for MIS
- Assess bottlenecks & improvement needs in production process and suggest improvements
- Optimize output per man shift (OMS) in line with business plan
- Motivate work force and develop subordinates to enhance productivity
- Reduce wastage and process loss to achieve continues cost improvement
- Coordinate with QA & other sections to ensure quality as per standard & company policy
