Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Victor & Brothers as a Showroom Manager where you will play a vital role in our sales operations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the electronics industry and has a knack for sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing the showroom and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Driving sales of various products including water heaters, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and more.Leading the sales team with strong leadership and training.Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize productivity.Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or complaints.Maintaining visual merchandising standards in the showroom.Collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:A minimum of HSC education;At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Electronic Equipment or Home Appliances;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to meet and exceed sales targets;Experience in managing a team;Must be male and at least 30 years old as per company policy.This job position offers a competitive salary which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
