Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily construction activities, including piling work, grading, clearing, and installation of utilities.
- Managing building finishing work, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other decorative elements.
- Inspecting and ensuring the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.
- Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to project managers.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
- Maintaining detailed records of all building plans, inspection reports, and repair work.
- Allotting work to laborers and supervising their activities on site.
- Preparing schedules of materials, monitoring inventory, managing material procurement, and overseeing project budgets.

Building Construction is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer/Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily construction activities while ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
