Position: Site Engineer Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (company head office: Gulshan, Dhaka) Vacancies: 70 Employment type: Full Time Salary: Tk. 18,000 - 20,000 (Monthly) Application deadline: 2025-12-10 Detailed job responsibilities — responsibilities you will carry out on a daily and weekly basis: Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring that work meets project specifications and quality standards. Make and maintain site progress working reports on a daily basis for management review. Monitor compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all staff and contractors. Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution and problem resolution. Prepare and submit progress reports and maintain accurate records of work activities, materials, and labor. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to project schedules and milestones. Foster teamwork and maintain a cooperative, productive working environment on-site. Required skills and experience: At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in building construction or construction supervision. Educational qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering. Practical knowledge of construction engineering principles, building construction methods, and site supervision practices. Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Organizational skills for producing accurate daily progress reports and maintaining site documentation. Awareness of workplace safety requirements and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site. Additional desirable attributes: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on complex construction projects. Problem-solving mindset and capability to respond to on-site challenges quickly and effectively. Willingness to travel to various project sites – the job covers assignments in multiple locations across Bangladesh. Benefits & compensation: Monthly salary in the range of Tk. 18,000 - Tk. 20,000.
