Job Responsibilities

Join Simtex Industries: Simtex Industries PLC, a leading player in the industrial sector, is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the position of SM / AGM - Maintenance & Utility. If you are passionate about machinery and utilities management, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Job Responsibilities: Lead the entire maintenance department and ensure the smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure minimum machine breakdown and maximum efficiency of production equipment. Troubleshoot critical issues related to Sub-station, Generator, Boiler, SMD, and Electric systems. Plan and oversee the installation, modification, and upgradation of equipment. Monitor utility services (boiler, generator, compressor, HVAC, ETP, WTP, STP etc.) and ensure uninterrupted supply. Train and supervise maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies. Prepare and manage an annual maintenance budget. Coordinate with production, planning, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency. Required Skills: AutoCAD ERP Software Industrial Machinery knowledge Machine installation and maintenance expertise Strong managerial skills Preventive maintenance practices Safety compliance knowledge Troubleshooting abilities Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering Master of Science (MSc) is a plus Experience: 12 to 15 years in industrial maintenance, including 3 to 5 years in a senior managerial position. Experience in Garments Accessories, Cement, and Spinning industries is preferable.
