Here’s what you can expect in this exciting opportunity:Job Responsibilities:Create, edit, and publish engaging news content, graphics, short videos, and reels for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.Maintain a daily posting schedule aligned with trending news and audience interests to keep our followers informed and engaged.Monitor breaking news and trending topics to ensure timely updates across all platforms.Respond to comments and messages professionally to build audience trust and community engagement.Plan and execute effective social media campaigns, including content boosting and advertising.Track, analyze, and report on social media performance on a weekly and monthly basis to continually enhance our strategy.Stay updated about the latest trends in social media and digital journalism.Required Skills:Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.Strong content writing and communication skills in both English and Bengali.Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced news environment.Good analytical skills to interpret audience data and trends.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bachelor/Honors).Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the newspaper or online news portal sector.Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Benefits:Mobile bill coverage.Annual salary reviews.Partially subsidized lunch facilities.Festival bonuses (2 per year).If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a difference in the digital journalism sphere, apply now!
