We are a well-established consulting firm and language training centre located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our brand narratives and engage our audience effectively. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for: Client Communication: Actively respond to messages and comments on all company social media platforms while ensuring positive interactions. Lead Conversion: Work to understand client needs to convert inquiries into service engagements, effectively promoting our services. Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Campaign Execution: Develop and implement social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics to assess campaign performance and provide regular reports reflecting insights and actionable recommendations. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, ensuring content remains relevant and effective. To qualify for this role, candidates should have: Minimum H.S.C. (Bachelor’s degree preferred). At least 6 months of experience managing social media pages (personal or brand). Proficiency in both Bangla and English (spoken and written). A comprehensive understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Basic knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement strategies. Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CapCut. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management. A creative mindset for generating innovative content ideas.
