Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries (Phone, Inbox, email, social media comments)
- Schedule content on Facebook page every day
- Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement
- Maintain and update customer order tracking
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products
- Receive order, Create invoice and request pickup forward order to the delivery team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Community management through Facebook group, page and Instagram
- Develop social media campaigns and monitor campaign and analyse data in Excel
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and connect our brand
- Work with Agency for Ad campaigns and collect ad results on a daily basis
- Keep an eye on social media trend
- Suggest and Increase brand awareness by tailoring content to your target group
