As a social worker, you will be tasked with implementing programs that advocate for children, conducting assessments, and ensuring their welfare in various settings.The following are some of the job responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of children in need.Provide advocacy for children's rights and welfare.Maintain detailed case files and records for each child.Collaborate with team members to implement work plans and evaluate program effectiveness.Conduct outreach efforts to connect with children on the streets, addressing their immediate needs.Organize recreational and educational programs to promote socialization and hygiene.Counsel and refer children to available services, fostering a supportive environment.Engage with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support.Regularly attend meetings with NGOs and other organizations focused on street children issues.Your skills and experience will be crucial in making our initiatives impactful. Required qualifications include:Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) or Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science.1 to 2 years of experience in the NGO sector.
