The role includes strong parent coaching, collaboration with other professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and occasionally participating in workshops and school screenings.Key responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and articulation assessments using standardized and clinical tools.Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.Provide therapy for speech delay, ADHD-related communication challenges, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other communication disorders.Track client progress using BloomingBud’s digital progress tools and prepare session notes and formal reports per QMS and SOPs.Empower and coach parents with home-practice routines to reinforce therapy outcomes.Collaborate closely with OT, psychologists, educators, and management to deliver holistic care.Participate in workshops, school screenings, and awareness programs when required.Perform additional duties assigned by management aligned with the company’s vision.Required qualifications & educationBachelor/Master in Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) / Communication Disorders from a recognized institute.Certified SLT from a recognized institute is preferred.Training in ASD/ADHD assessment and intervention is an advantage.Experience1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; experience in an Educational Technology (Edtech) startup or child development center is a plus.Freshers with strong clinical placements and internships are encouraged to apply.Essential skillsExcellent communication and child engagement skills.Practical knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and child-centered approaches.Comfortable using basic computer tools and digital tracking systems.Empathy, patience, positivity, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.Benefits & other informationPerformance bonus.Annual salary review.Festival bonuses (2 per year).Opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams and technology-driven tracking.Location & working conditionsWork is primarily at the BloomingBud office located in Mohammadpur Future Town, Basila, Dhaka.
