Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive Spoken English and IELTS preparation classes covering all four essential modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Design tailored lesson plans that accommodate the individual learning styles and skill levels of each student. Provide constructive feedback that enables students to enhance their performance and overcome learning challenges. Administer mock tests and assessments to monitor student progress and effectiveness of instructional methods. Stay informed about the latest IELTS exam patterns and implement effective teaching strategies. Create a motivating and positive learning environment that encourages student participation. Address student questions and offer personalized guidance as necessary. Complete any additional official tasks as assigned by office management. Requirements: Education: A Level, Bachelor's/Honors degree. Experience: At least 1 year in a training institute is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Skills: Proficiency in Teaching and Training. Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Location: Willing to work from the office in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. Gender: Open to all genders (Male, Female). Job Details: This is a Full Time position with 10 vacancies. The salary range for this role is Tk. 15,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
