Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential agency or clients and brands to secure advertising and sponsorship deals for our digital platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of our content, audience, and analytics to create customized and compelling proposals.
- Negotiate and close advertising agreements, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and media buying houses.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.

Required Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube) and their unique advertising ecosystems. Experience: You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or related fields, specifically within Advertising Agencies, Online Newspapers, or Web Media. Educational Requirements: A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is mandatory, while a Master's degree will be considered an added advantage. Age Requirement: 22 to 30 years.
