Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction, design, and maintenance of swimming pool projects from start to finish.
- Lead and manage multiple swimming pool projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the clientʼs specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure designs take into account cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge in plumbing design and fluid technology
- Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a professional who can navigate the complexities of construction and maintenance with expertise. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process of swimming pool construction and maintenance, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-efficient completion. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for effective project execution. Supervise the design process in collaboration with architects and engineers. Manage project budgets and maintain client relationships through excellent communication. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and sustainability practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Engineering. 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in engineering firms or manufacturing. Proficient in AutoCAD and plumbing design. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
