Job Responsibilities Searching prospects and generating leads to increase sales volume. Contacting potential and existing customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. Meeting monthly sales targets and developing strong relationships with clients. Responding to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in a professional manner. Collecting and analyzing data to prepare detailed sales reports. Managing the sales process using specified software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database and professional networks. Identifying potential markets and clients along with new sales opportunities. Monitoring competitors' activities and adapting strategies accordingly. Preparing periodic reports and presentations. Performing any other job-related tasks assigned by management. Qualifications and Skills Required Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, specifically in the Advertising, Real Estate, or Group of Companies sectors. Strong customer relations, sales techniques, and ability to sell apartments and commercial spaces. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Team player with the ability to work independently. Must be male and aged between 26 to 35 years.
