Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, particularly in Direct Selling or Marketing Service. Age: 24 years and above. Key Skills Needed: Expertise in Digital Marketing, especially on Social Media. Proficient understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in both English and Bangla. Strong familiarity with the Real Estate market landscape in Bangladesh. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve collective sales targets. Well-groomed, smart, and a polished personality with customer-friendly approach.
