Job Responsibilities

Job Description
Job Context: The Sr. Executive of HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative functions within the factory. This includes managing employee welfare, statutory compliance, administrative support, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations within the sweater manufacturing environment. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to promote a healthy workplace while ensuring operational efficiency.Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal files.Prepare training materials and work for organizational development.Create job descriptions for new hires.Fill out the Manpower Requisition Form, obtain approval from management, and post jobs on bdjobs.com or other online portals.Draft show cause letters, warning letters, office notes, and memos as necessary.Prepare and maintain the employee development program and training schedules.Monitor time and attendance (using biometric, manual systems) and send monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.Facilitate bank account openings and ID processing for new employees.Circulate office orders regarding employee job location transfers, holiday schedules, and leave policies.Follow up on legal documents and certifications, including license renewals.Ensure housekeeping and overall workplace cleanliness.Supervise and maintain all security issues on a day-to-day basis.Ensure all security measures comply with C-TPAT requirements.Job Requirements:Education: MBA in Human Resource Management or relevant post-graduate degree from a reputed institution. Preference will be given to candidates with PGDHRM.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the garment industry.Age: At most 40 years.Competencies: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, staffing, manpower budgeting, legal compliance, and labor laws.
