You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, coordinate recruitment and lead training initiatives that increase employee capability and engagement. This job suits candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of Bangladesh labour law. Key responsibilities Assist in recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes for new employees — sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and following up. Plan, coordinate and implement employee training and development programs including internal workshops and orientations. Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance data and ensure data accuracy for HRIS or manual systems. Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation activities; prepare evaluation documents and follow-up on action plans. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and Bangladesh labour laws; advise managers and employees on policy interpretation. Assist in organizing workshops, orientations and other internal training events; coordinate logistics, materials and feedback collection. Provide day-to-day HR support to departments and handle employee queries related to policies, benefits and workplace practices. Work closely with the HR team to implement HR operations improvements and employee engagement initiatives. Required skills and competencies Proven knowledge and practical experience in HR operations, recruitment and training coordination. Strong knowledge of labour law as applicable in Bangladesh.
