Sr. Executive, HRM (HR Head)[ Urgent ]Job SummaryThe Senior Executive, HRM will be responsible for recruitment, employee policy implementation, KPI and payroll monitoring, documentation, and timely disciplinary actions. This role ensures an ethical, performance-oriented, and knowledge-driven workforce culture at Leadswin Limited.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding: Plan and execute talent acquisition aligned with the company’s needs, conduct job posting, screening, interviews, and final selection, ensure structured onboarding, and maintain digital employee records.Policy Implementation: Maintain company HR policies in line with Leadswin’s SOPs and values, orient employees about their rights and responsibilities, and update HR handbooks.KPI & Performance Monitoring: Assist departments in defining KPIs, collect and verify monthly KPI sheets, and identify low performance to initiate corrective actions.Payroll & Attendance Oversight: Monitor salary processing, overtime, and adjustments, supervise attendance and leave records, and coordinate with Accounts for payroll disbursement.Disciplinary Process & Grievance Management: Address misconduct and employee complaints confidentially, and maintain documentation of all disciplinary actions.Legal & Ethical Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with Bangladesh’s Intellectual Labor Policy while promoting professionalism.Documentation & HR Record Management: Maintain complete employee files (digital & hardcopy) and archive important documents properly.Required Skills: The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:Communication and Negotiation SkillsHR OperationsKPI ManagementStrategic PlanningCultural KnowledgeOrganization Development and Process ImprovementPerformance AppraisalSalary Sheet PreparationRecruitmentEducation Requirements: A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resource Management from reputable institutions such as BRAC University, IBA, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka University, or North South University. Preference will be given to candidates from these universities.Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years in relevant fields such as IT Services, ISP, or Recruitment.
