Job Responsibilities
- Proper utilization of man, machine, and material for productivity optimization by using capacity study.
- Make weekly production plan based on capacity and order priority for smooth execution of shipments.
- Find out bottleneck and solve this problem.
- Analyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' and production efficiency.
- Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
- Identify and remove causes of delay in production to meet shipment dates.
- Monitor line-wise production report, on an hourly output basis.
- Daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.
- Check all IE & Planning related reports.

Be part of a dynamic team in a 100% export-oriented shoe and shoe materials production factory, where you can utilize your skills in productivity optimization and process improvement. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the proper utilization of man, machine, and material for productivity optimization through capacity studies and process analysis. Create weekly production plans based on capacity assessments and prioritize orders to ensure seamless shipment execution. Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to enhance workflow efficiency. Analyze line-wise productions and assess efficiency to enhance productivity. Develop innovative techniques and methodologies that elevate productivity and quality while minimizing costs. Identify and mitigate delays in production schedules to meet shipment dates. Monitor line production reports and adjust strategies on an hourly basis. Engage in daily manpower balancing, target setting, and achievement tracking. Review all reports related to Industrial Engineering and Planning. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Proficient in project management and production planning tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Honors in a relevant field. At least 7 years of experience in the garments or tannery/footwear industry is required.
