Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets given by the Management.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate & Home clients.
- Lead generate and regular effective follow-up.
- Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
- Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
- Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
- Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to supervisor.
- Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate and residential clients. Generate leads and conduct effective follow-ups to convert leads into sales. Negotiate pricing and payment schedules from a real estate perspective. Develop both short-term and long-term sales strategies to navigate a fast-changing market. Prepare reports and monitor team activities for record-keeping and performance evaluation. Submit daily work reports to your supervisor and communicate progress with the head of marketing. Required Skills: Strong negotiation skills with an ability to manage various client expectations. Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members. A knack for developing sales strategies that yield results. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable. Education & Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales and marketing, especially in real estate or development.
