Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensure quality policies and objectives are established and aligned with the organization's goals.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; follow up on findings and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct weekly/monthly data analysis, track KPIs, and apply RCA & CAP to address discrepancies and efficiency gaps.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Quality Manual, and documentation control, including record master files.
- Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements in the factory.
- Implement Total Quality Management for Continual Improvement.
- Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
- Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section.
- Work with customer representatives for a better understanding of quality requirements.
- Provide training to staff on QMS procedures and quality standards.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with departments to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- Implement 5S / TQM in the factory.

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive - QMS for our 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Manufacturer.
