Job Responsibilities

Job Description

The Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance to join our team. If you have a strong background in quality management systems and compliance standards, we want to hear from you! As a Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards in our operations. You will be responsible for: Conducting internal quality audits and preparing reports with findings to share with management. Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and related standards, maintaining organizational accreditation. Overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and its continuous improvement. Implementing and monitoring ISO, SOP, and DQM/MSP requirements across departments. Training staff on ISO standards and best practices for quality management. Investigating customer complaints and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. Supporting management reviews, compliance meetings, and leading external audits. Engaging in ad-hoc quality and compliance activities as directed by management. To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a relevant field. Experience: 4-5 years in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing. Experience in an NGO and familiarity with healthcare services is preferred. Certifications: Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 17020:2012 is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, documentation, reporting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
