Office Operations: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently to achieve organizational objectives. Administrative Management: Manage support staff and oversee facilities management. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets and expenditures. Facility Management: Maintain and manage office facilities and equipment. Procurement: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and vendor relationships. Policy Development: Implement and develop administrative policies and procedures. Staff Management: Lead administrative staff, providing guidance and training. Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations pertinent to administrative roles. Inventory Management: Prepare reports on inventory operations, maintaining stock levels. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Marketing, or Human Resource Management. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management. At least 12 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing or similar fields. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential. Ability to handle challenging administrative tasks efficiently. Problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve issues quickly.
