About the Role As a Sr. Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for: Sales & Market Performance: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding market reach. Field Activities & Farmer Engagement: Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to empower farmers. Market Insights: Reporting market trends and competitor strategies to adjust our marketing approach. Planning & Reporting: Preparing sales forecasts and marketing plans, alongside timely reporting. Relationship Management: Building and sustaining relationships with traders, dealers, and distributors. Operational Excellence: Managing stock effectively ensuring product availability at critical times. Technical & Analytical Skills: Understanding agricultural products and providing informed advice to clients. Communication Skills: Delivering compelling presentations and maintaining excellent client communication. Mobility: Frequent travel required, particularly to rural areas; a motorcycle license is a plus. Reliability: Being self-motivated and maintaining execution diligence under fluctuating pressures. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural and Bio-logical Science. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
