Job Responsibilities
- Handle demanding and globally renowned customers and brands.
- Facilitate smooth communication with customers and suppliers regarding day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
- Attend buyers' meetings and develop effective presentation, negotiation, and cost sheet strategies to secure favorable pricing.
- Develop detailed costing sheets based on comprehensive breakdowns from factories.
- Continuously update the library of fabrics, trims, printing techniques, embroidery, washes, and stitches, along with their technical data and pricing information.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality samples that meet customer expectations.
- Maintain the production lead times and ensure timely sourcing of yarns and accessories as per buyer's delivery dates.
- Oversee production processes alongside factories and manage sample coordination efficiently.
- Maintain an activity schedule for all assigned buyers and styles, sharing updates with superiors.
- Respond promptly to management and buyer communications.
- Conduct regular factory visits for market insights and industry trend tracking.
- Work alongside quality control teams to meet required product standards.
- Manage forwarder bookings and logistics teams to ensure product shipments are smooth and timely.
- Adhere to ethical conduct and business practices in all actions and promote organizational values.

About the JobANABIA TRADING LIMITED is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser specializing in sweater products.
