Job Responsibilities
- Manage the technical team and oversee branch services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain software BSR, ISR, Good/Reject Bty Challan, among other reports.
- Discuss battery testing benefits and our product and service quality with customers and dealers.
- Conduct installation, testing, and repair of automotive, electrical vehicle, solar, and industrial batteries.
- Provide support and care to all office-attending customers.
- Manage scrap battery collection and installation for corporate clients.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules and campaigns.
- Handle phone calls from sales teams, service teams, dealers, and consumers.
- Ensure regular maintenance service as per IPS service contracts.
- Create billing and reporting documents for service centers and customers.
- Submit requisitions for necessary items such as Electrolyte and DM water.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all testing tools and equipment.
- Monitor technicians for service reports and other management tasks.
