Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.
- Supervise and monitor vendors/third parties to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate between engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee and coordinate with Supply Chain Management for sourcing materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate with vendors for quality products at competitive prices.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building code standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
- Monitor cost control measures to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide regular updates to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

About Us:We are Nationtech Communications Ltd, a multi-utility provider specializing in civil works, electricity, gas, water, riverbank protection, and telecom networks. Located in Adabor, Dhaka, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards in our project management and execution. We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Engineer who can deliver excellence and lead our projects to success. Project Oversight & Coordination:Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover. Supervise and monitor vendors/third parties to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and timelines. Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics:Oversee and coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team for sourcing materials, equipment, and services that align with project needs and budgets. Negotiate with vendors for quality products at competitive prices. Quality Assurance & Compliance:Implement quality assurance processes for all project deliverables. Ensure safety, environmental, and building code compliance through regular inspections. Budget & Timeline Management:Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules while monitoring cost control measures for efficiency. Reporting & Stakeholder Management:Provide regular updates to senior management and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from recognized universities such as BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, and SUST is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven project management experience, especially in large-scale commercial or government construction projects. Age: 32 to 40 years, only male candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation capabilities, proficiency in project management tools, and MS Office applications. Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of concrete mix design, making of bridges, building, roads & highway work, as well as experience in water treatment plants and sluice gates are beneficial.
