Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for Knitwear and Lingerie production.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as AQL, ISO, BSCI, and WRAP.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate third-party inspections.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
- Train and mentor the QC team on quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams.
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
- Address customer complaints promptly.

Lead root cause analysis for quality issues with effective corrective actions. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); drive continuous improvement. Train and mentor the QC team in quality standards and defect prevention techniques. Collaborate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to resolve quality challenges. Evaluate suppliers to ensure quality compliance. Address customer complaints to maintain confidence and satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferred). 10-12 years of quality management experience, with 5 years in knitwear/lingerie. Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing defects, and quality tools.
