Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in service and product offerings.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales support, and service issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager for our corporate office. As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery. Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers. Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in services and product offerings. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English A Level O Level Skills & Experience: At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as Pharmaceutical, Medicine Companies, Tannery, Cement Industry, Importer, and other Group of Companies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and IT service providers.
