Job Description

As a Sr. Sales Executive at Monarch IT Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring repeat sales from our existing customers, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance our growth. In your role, you will: Ensure repeat sales from existing customers. Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to enhance growth and market share. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Present and promote products/services to clients in person or over the phone. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos. Negotiate contracts and close deals; monitor market trends and competitors. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress. Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong client relationships. To be considered for this position, you will need: At least 1 year of experience in sales. Experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Retail Store, IT Enabled Service, Trading, or Export/Import. A Bachelor’s degree (Honors) is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software maintenance. Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, good interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Knowledge about tech-related products is a must! Additionally, we are looking for candidates aged between 18 to 33 years, with a persuasive communication style to engage clients effectively. Working hours are Full Time with office-based work in Dhaka.
