Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a courteous manner.
- Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
- Escort guest to their tables.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment.
- Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
- Inform guest of daily specials.
- Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and deposits them in proper placing at the Sink area.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
- Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.
- Follows the correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
- Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.
- Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at the working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
- Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.
- Maintains excellent grooming standards at all times.
- Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of departments and employees.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

OverviewHotel The Cox Today, an exclusive 5-star luxurious hotel located at the world's longest unbroken sea beach in Cox's Bazar, is seeking experienced and motivated Sr. Waiters / Waiters to enhance our dining experience.
